History of  The Heart

Hello and welcome!  My name is Jamie.  I am honored to walk alongside you on this journey of empowerment and remembrance.  My path has been shaped by both challenge and grace.  As a mother, raising my youngest son on the spectrum, I learned to trust my instincts like a lioness, to see patterns others might miss, and to hold space for growth when resources were scarce.  Together my son and I discovered the beauty of communication, cultivating life-supporting practices, and honoring each other's sensitivities.

In 2020, a profound spiritual awakening called me into deeper alignment--mentally, physically, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually.  What began as survival transformed into remembrance:  a knowing that suffering does not have to define us, and that sensitivity is not a weakness, but a divine gift.

Through Sacred Heart Empowerment, I now offer the wisdom, compassion, and tools that have been forged through my own journey.  My mission is to support energetically sensitive and neurodivergent individuals--And all awakening souls--in embracing their sacred design, finding balance, and reconnecting with the truth of What they are.

It is my deepest joy to empower those sensitive and also their caretakers and loved ones to step into their light and remember that Healing, Peace, and Freedom are their birth right.
